They are converting me!

I swear the U.S. Government is trying their hardest to turn me into an expatriot! I had my taxes done recently and realized exactly how much I am being taxed. I now have to pay them 25% of my income just for the honor to work in this great country!!! Twenty-five freaking percent!!! And that only counts the Federal government, the State takes out another percentage for their own squandering use. I swear that this just makes me want to sell all my possessions and move to a small tropical island where the tax rate is ridiculously low.

I think that there needs to be a committee formed that consists of ONLY Fortune 500 company presidents, no politicians allowed. This committee would be in charge of cutting out all of the excess and wasteful spending in the government. We all know from our Clear Channel days that big corporations are well-versed in cutting out every nickel that they can from the budget. I think that our country could use this every once in a while to keep us from spending $40,000 a year on Census Bureau employees that simply play on Myspace all day!
